Currently, Nadia Kara Cosmetics exclusively ships to the 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. While we plan to broaden our shipping reach in the future, international shipping is not available at this time.

We appreciate your patience as we strive to swiftly deliver essential face products to your door. Please note that we do not deliver to restricted areas or naval ports. For the latest delivery updates, track your shipment using the provided tracking number in your shipping confirmation.

Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. If your order is placed after the shipping cutoff time, it will be processed the following business day. Processing typically takes 48 hours during business days. Once shipped, U.S. delivery generally takes 4-7 business days. Please be aware that shipping and delivery times may vary during holidays or restocks. Our distribution centers observe closure on major U.S. holidays, and orders will not be processed on these days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds. While we do not accept returns, we will replace any items damaged during shipping or address other issues at our discretion. For inquiries, please reach out to us. Thank you for supporting our small business.
