Do you offer free gifts or samples?

Occasionally Nadia Kara Cosmetics will apply a gift with purchase to orders. Please note that unless otherwise stated, all free gifts redeemed alongside a customer's orders are included while supplies last and are therefore not guaranteed. All samples, packets, and other products or merchandise are subject to change and availability.

 

What if my package is missing?

If the tracking information for your package is confirmed delivered, and you are unable to locate the delivered package please:

  1. Check with neighbors and family members
  2. Look around the delivery location
  3. Check for notice of attempted delivery
  4. Contact the carrier directly who can assist further

Note: Nadia Kara Cosmetics monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong and damaged items for abuse. Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, missing items must be retained (including the shipper).

Nadia Kara Cosmetics reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances.

 

Are your products Paraben Free?

Yes. Products are Paraben Free, Hypo-Allergenic, Non-Comedogenic and not tested on animals

 

My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside and contact us immediately for assistance. If you are unable to retain the contents due to the extent of damage, handle with care to take a photo of damaged items), and then safely discard the damaged contents.
