At this time, Nadia Kara Cosmetics only ships to the 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. We plan to expand our shipping capabilities in the future, we currently do not ship internationally.

We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver fast face essentials to your doorstep. However, do note that we do not deliver to restricted areas, or naval ports. For the most up-to-date delivery information, please track your shipment using the tracking number that is included in your shipping confirmation.

Orders are processed & shipped

Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. If your order is placed after the shipping cutoff time, it'll be processed the following business day. Processing time is 48 hours during business days once your has been shipped, delivery time within the U.S. is 4-7 business days. Please note that during holidays or restocks, the shipping and delivery time may vary. Our distribution centers are closed on the following U.S. holidays and orders won't be processed on these days:

Shipping Policy

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. 

Once an order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please check your junk/spam folder in case our communication was filtered. 

Return & Exchange Policy

​Sorry, but we are not able to offer refunds. We do not accept any returns, but we will replace any items damaged in shipping or any other issues at our discretion. Please contact us if you have any questions. Thank you for supporting our small business.

We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.
